WPC Vol. 6-Monoprinting Workshop
Our latest print jam at Panic Press was a wild one—this time, we dived into monoprinting. Held at our studio, the workshop introduced participants to a freeform, expressive style of printmaking where no two prints are ever the same.
Think painting meets screen printing. Using swipes, drags, floods, and layers, each attendee created spontaneous, one-off artworks guided by nothing but instinct and play. There were no fixed designs or repeats—just pure, intuitive exploration with the screen acting as a brush.
By the end of the day, the studio was covered in bold, unpredictable prints, each telling its own story. Participants walked away with their own unique pieces and a fresh understanding of how screen printing can break out of the grid and into the abstract.
This one’s for the rule-breakers. And if you missed it, don’t worry—more experimental sessions are coming soon.
